Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 7 February 2018 to Question 125504, on Amey, what was meant by the statement that the maintenance contract with Amey will be reset; and whether any changes to the contract with that company have been made.

To date no changes have been made to the contract with Amey. Our immediate priority is to stabilise and improve service delivery under the existing arrangements. The focus of the reset is on securing improvements to the operational delivery of the contracts with Amey including through strengthened contract management and oversight.
