Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what discussions he has had with the devolved administrations on the draft Domestic Gas and Electricity (Tariff Cap) Bill.

BEIS Ministers and officials meet stakeholders to discuss a range of issues.
The Government published the draft Domestic Gas and Electricity (Tariff Cap) Bill on 12 October 2017 for pre-legislative scrutiny by the BEIS Committee, which the devolved administrations were able to respond to.
