Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the Answer of 24 February 2017 to Question 63667 on Philip Morley, what the timetable is for the (a) conclusion and (b) publication of NHS Protect’s investigation.
This question was answered on 22nd February 2018
The NHS Counter Fraud Authority (NHSCFA) took over counter fraud functions from NHS Protect on 1 November 2017. The NHSCFA investigation into this matter is ongoing and it is not possible to provide a timescale for its conclusion at this stage.
