Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, on how many occasions the Care Quality Commission has notified trust Chairs of non-compliance with the Fit and Proper Persons Regulations, since those regulations came into force.

The Care Quality Commission has advised that information is not held in the format requested and to obtain it would incur disproportionate cost.
