Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 18 January 2023 to Question 119232 on Crown Court and Magistrates Courts: Repairs and Maintenance, what the average number of cases heard per day was in (a) magistrates and (b) crown courts in the latest period for which data is available.
