The Claimant Service and Experience Survey includes claimants who have had contact with DWP in the last three months, so there would be scope for inclusion in the survey each quarter, even if the claim for ESA was subsequently disallowed. The latest overall satisfaction figure for ESA is 82% in 2016/17 (from 83% in 2015/16) as published on 22 February 2018 and available at GOV.UK: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/dwp-claimant-service-and-experience-survey-2016-to-2017
