To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what assessment she has made of the capacity of UK Visas and Immigration to resolve cases that relate to the European Convention on Human Rights.

UK Visas and Immigration put annual capacity plans in place, which are intended to ensure we have the necessary resources to handle expected demand.
