Our Embassy in Khartoum is aware of two dual British-Sudanese nationals that have been detained following recent protests in Sudan. We continue to press the Government of Sudan to allow consular access to these two individuals, as well as to one dual Australian-Sudanese national as part of the UK’s agreement to provide consular assistance to Australian nationals in Sudan.
