Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many and what proportion of offenders released from prison in the last three years are awaiting a court hearing after being charged with a subsequent offence after their release.

The information requested is not held centrally and could not be collated without incurring disproportionate cost.
