Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, whether any external research or analysis commissioned by his Department on the Help to Buy scheme has not yet been published.

My Department commissioned a further independent evaluation of Help to Buy: Equity Loan to cover the period 2015-17. It is in its final stages and will be published later this year.
A previous independent evaluation of Help to Buy: Equity Loan covered the period 2013-15 and was published in February 2016.
