To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many complaints about the Independent Case Examiner’s Office have been referred to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman’s Office in each of the last five years.

The table provides details of the number of complaints the Ombudsman accepted about the Independent Case Examiner’s Office for the reporting years 2012 to 2017. The information has been taken from DWP’s Annual Report and Accounts 2013-14, and the Ombudsman’s annual Performance Reports for the reporting years 2013 to 2017.
