Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, whether all support offered to Ukraine to date has been met from the Treasury Reserve Fund and not his Department's budget.

To date £2.3 billion has been provided to support Ukraine. In line with current HM Government policy on supporting Ukraine, this has been provided by the Treasury from their reserves, and none from the Departmental budget.
