Submarines: Decommissioning

Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what recent progress has been made on the Submarine Dismantling Project; and if he will make a statement.
This question was answered on 19th March 2018
Work on the demonstrator vessel, Swiftsure, is progressing well. Stage 1, the removal of solid low level and non-radioactive waste, is on target to be completed by the end of 2018.
