To ask the Minister for Women and Equalities, if she will set out a timetable for the pre-legislative scrutiny of the proposed Conversion Therapy Bill.
This question was answered on 2nd February 2023
The Government will publish a draft Bill setting out our approach to banning conversion practices (also known as ‘conversion therapy’). This will go for pre-legislative scrutiny by joint committee in this parliamentary session.
