Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the highest number of total previous offences of fraud was for people given an immediate custodial sentence for that offence in the last year for which information is available.

Data on the highest number of previous cautions and convictions for a specified offence for offenders convicted of that specified offence and sentenced to immediate custody in the year ending March 2019 can be viewed in the attached table.
