To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, how many people were recruited by her Department in the last 12 months, by (a) gender and (b) ethnicity at each grade level.

The tables below show the gender and ethnicity splits of new employees at my Department over the last 12 months (Feb 19 – Jan 20). As per departmental policy, numbers below 5 have been redacted.
