To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to the Answer of 8 March 2018 to Question 130922, on Railways: Scotland, if he will publish the (a) criteria and (b) methodology for the Barnett Consequential element of the Control Period 6 rail funding allocation to the Scottish Government.
