To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when her Department next plans to publish the statistics entitled Police Powers and Procedures: Other PACE powers, last published on 17 November 2022.

The Home Office publishes the statistical bulletin ‘Police Powers and Procedures: Other PACE powers’ on an annual basis.

The next publication, which will include data up to March 2023, will be published in November/ December 2023.
