Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what his Department's implementation plan is for banning the box on job applications.

The Department was compliant with the initiative prior to the Civil Service adopting the policy as a default position in February 2016. The Department continues to comply with the Ban the Box initiative and as such there is no implementation plan required.
