Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what recent assessment he has made of the effect of immigration on house prices.

As part of exploratory analysis into the determinants of house prices, the Department published the relevant analysis on 13 April and it is available here:
