Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if the UK will remain a member of Europol during the implementation period for the UK leaving the EU.

The UK will continue to participate in Europol and other EU Justice and Home Affairs agencies during the implementation period, including access to the databases and data sharing tools that go along with this.
