Question to the Ministry of Defence:

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to Joint Service Publication 464 Section IX, what discussions he has had with CarillionAmey on service family accommodation complaints procedure.

Changes to Ministry of Defence (MOD) Accommodation Policy are agreed by the Department, and officials have engaged with CarillionAmey regarding the recent changes to the Service Family Accommodation complaints procedure (JSP 464 Section IX). The management of Stage 1 Complaints is discussed regularly between the Department and CarillionAmey as part of the normal National Housing Prime governance arrangements.

The MOD is committed to providing Service personnel with accommodation that is at, or exceeds the Decent Homes Standard.
