Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many households have been denied a Community Infrastructure Levy exemption as a result of procedural errors since the exemption was introduced in 2014.

The government does not collect the information sought from individual CIL charging authorities.
