Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will assess the potential merits of introducing no-fault divorce settlements in helping couples to settle disputes outside court.

The Government wants to help reduce conflict in divorce, particularly when arrangements need to be made about children and finances. We are studying the evidence and potential merits for change.
