The COVID-19 vaccination programme enables practices working within their Primary Care Network grouping to vaccinate unregistered patients provided they are within a cohort currently eligible for vaccination. Local systems are best placed to reach out to our diverse communities and avoid inequalities in access and should have a plan for full coverage for health inclusion groups.
