Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, pursuant to his answer of 20 April 2018 to Question 135442 on Air Pollution, what steps he has taken to ensure that (a) the public and (b) people living in close proximity to waste incinerator sites have adequate information on the dispersal of emissions of (i) PM 0.1, (ii) PM 1, (iii) PM 2.5 and (iv) PM10 from waste incinerator sites.

Documents which explain how the Environment Agency makes its permitting decisions (including the results of air dispersion modelling for PM10 and PM2.5, which will include PM1 and PM0.1) are available on the public register for all incinerators. The public register is available online at:
