Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the (a) gender and (b) ethnicity is of people who are held (a) on remand, (b) on remand for longer than six months, (c) on remand longer than a year and (d) on remand longer than two years in each of the last five years.
