Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will make it his policy not to respond to his Department's consultation on proposals to reform the Human Rights Act 1998 until after the deadline for those responding who are assisted by an easy read or audio version.

We will not respond to our consultation on Human Rights Act reform until after the extension for those who would be assisted by an easy read or audio version has passed.
