We are investing over £1bn to modernise the courts and tribunals service. This investment will make sure we are able to save over £230m per annum through efficiencies once the reforms are implemented in full, by introducing new technology and working practices. This includes £200m per annum for the Reform Programme, which is part of that portfolio of change. Steady state savings will not be realised until 2023/24.
