This information is not held centrally by the Department. Details from higher courts of record about the outcomes of legal action under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 may be available online through The National Archives "Find Case Law” search facility, which is the responsibility of the Ministry of Justice and His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Services.
