Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether he has recent discussions with his counterparts in India on Shubhdeep Singh.

We are aware of the case of Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, and our network in India will continue to monitor developments. However, we recognise that this is a matter for India.
In general, where we have any issues, we raise them directly with the Government of India, including at Ministerial level.
