Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what sanctions his Department imposed on the American firm ETS after Panorama revealed in 2014 that there had been cheating in some of that company's Test of English for International Communication tests.

Tests within the UK were provided by ETS Global BV. They had their licence suspended in early February 2014. This license expired on 5 April 2014 and they were removed from the immigration rules on 1 July 2014.
