Question to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs:

To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what plans he has to amend the pollution inventory reporting guidance sent to incinerator operators.

The Environment Agency plans to issue updated pollution inventory reporting guidance to incinerator operators before the end of 2018. The updated guidance will apply to the reporting returns for 2018 which operators need to submit during January or February 2019.
