Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, how many leak enquiries his Department has undertaken in the last two years.

My Department takes the view that any leak of Government information is a serious matter and, along with the rest of Government, takes such incidents very seriously. We do not comment on individual security matters other than in exceptional circumstances when it is in the public interest to do so.
