Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what steps his Department has taken to rectify the problems in the IT systems for the breast cancer screening programme.

Public Health England has completed rapid remedial work to rectify the problems which affected the breast screening programme.
