Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what estimate his Department made (a) the volume and (b) the cost of the fuel used by the Royal Navy in its maritime operations in each of the last five years.

The volume and cost of fuel, from available records, over the last five financial years, were:
