Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will publish the 2005 Al Salam agreement between the UK and Saudi Arabia.

The arrangements within the Understanding Document signed by the Governments of the United Kingdom and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in December 2005, that included the proposed supply of Typhoon aircraft to the Royal Saudi Air Force, are confidential to the two Governments. I am therefore withholding the document as its disclosure would, or would be likely to, prejudice relations between the United Kingdom and another State.
