Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when the Government plans to publish its review of section 44 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
This question was answered on 14th May 2018
The Ministry of Justice has considered the issues raised by the House of Lords Select Committee on the Mental Capacity Act 2005, and plans to publish a report on the use of section 44 by the end of this year.
