Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the highest number of previous convictions for a knife offence was for a person convicted of a further knife offence in each of the last thee years who was not given a sentence of immediate custody; and what the sentence was for the most recent such offence in each such case.
