Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what the highest number of previous convictions for taking, permitting to be taken, distributing or publishing indecent photographs of children was for an individual convicted of a further taking, permitting to be taken, distributing or publishing indecent photographs of children offence in each of the last 3 years who was not given a sentence of immediate custody; and what the sentence was for the most such recent offence in each such case.
