Decisions on the provision of parking, including charging, at COVID-19 vaccination sites are made locally by the National Health Service organisations responsible for running them. NHS guidance on operating vaccination centres explains that providers should ensure that they are accessible to all members of their community and take reasonable steps to improve access and reduce potential inequalities for people eligible to receive vaccinations.
