Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, what research his Department has undertaken or commissioned on the views of victims of crime in respect of the planned digital courts reform programme.

As the digital courts reform programme is developed and implemented user research will be conducted with those affected by changes including victims.
