Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, pursuant to the Answer of 3 June 2015 to Question 368, what discussions he has had with the (a) Scottish Executive, (b) Welsh Executive and (c) Northern Ireland Executive on the Government's plan to repeal the Human Rights Act 1998.
We will consider the implications of a Bill of Rights on devolution as we develop our proposals. However, we have made it clear that we will, of course, fully engage with the devolved administrations.
