Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, if he will publish a timeline for his Department's implementation of the recommendations of Sir Christopher Bellamy's Independent Review of Criminal Legal Aid.

The Government’s consultation on the Criminal Legal Aid Independent Review is now closed. I am grateful to everyone who provided constructive feedback on the future of the sector. We will respond as soon as possible so we can implement the final proposals, including increased funding for practitioners.
