Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, on how many occasions local authorities have exercised their duties to meet an adult’s needs for care and support as a result of the business failure of a registered care provider in each quarter since Section 48 of the Care Act 2014 came into force.
