Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when he plans to conduct a post-implementation review of part 2 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.

The Government is carrying out a post-implementation review of Part 2 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 this year and plans to publish its report by the end of this year.
