The government intends to publish the post-implementation review of Part 2 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 by the end 2018.

It intends to implement all elements of the whiplash reform programme as a package by April 2019, including both the measures in the Civil Liability Bill and supplementary measures to increase the small claims limit for personal injury claims which require secondary legislation.
