Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 14 February 2023 to Question 133712 on General Practitioners: Contracts, in what format the data is held on the number of GP service contracts that have been handed back in each year since 2018.

With reference to Question 133712, the format the data is held in is the number of general practice closures due to contractor notice across England for the financial year 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. It is not broken down by contract type.
