Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the cost to the public purse was of the Ballistic Missile Defence Radar System built in 2004 at RAF Fylingdales.
This question was answered on 5th April 2022
There was no cost to the UK public purse. Upgrades to US assets in the UK or overseas may be financed by the US Government.
