Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, on how many occasions courts have had to be closed as a result of flooding since 2010.

Since 2010 to date, business continuity records indicate that there have been 20 instances where court or tribunal hearing centres have been closed to the public as a result of flooding.
